She authored the book The Ultimate Guide for Dental Hygienist Burnout. She uses her platform as CEO and Founder of KMC Strategic Solutions to help improve the work culture in teams and organizations. She coaches professionals experiencing burnout and professional dissatisfaction. Her coaching assists her clients in rediscovering their passion by realigning themselves empowering themselves to make positive changes in their lives.
