MOMgienists are blessed with the gift of motherhood and the opportunity to raise little humans that will one day make a difference in our world. With such a gift comes the challenge of juggling ourselves, interests, or professional career. Support is necessary for working mothers to carry on with our professional goals from our spouses, children, and professional network.
Jasmin attended the CAREERFusion discovery event for 4.5 days. CAREERFusion is "a group of thought-leaders, coaches, and healthcare professionals focused on helping you move toward new career opportunities." Jasmin explains in this brief interview that it was more than that for her. As she ventures into the world of the unknown and outside of the operatory, she has found a group of genuine people who look to support you in achieving your goals. She met fellow MOMgienists who understood the struggles of motherhood and were there to give her laughter, hugs, an encouraging word, or just allow her to cry (she hates that by the way!).
